Q: How much sending cost I must pay? Q: I am from Canada, can I purchase Yeeloong from Tekmote? A: In principle, Tekmote serves the clients in Europe. For non-EU clients we'll suggest them to buy from local distributors if there is any. While if you do wish to purchase from us, please take below issues into account: 1. The plug is Euro plug (with 2 round pins), 100-240V, 50Hz-60Hz, please make sure that it can be used in your area. If it is necessary, you need to change the plug by yourself, as it is difficult for us in Holland to find non-EU plugs. 2. Longer delivery time: the delivery time will be 7-10 days since you are locating in non-EU countries.
Q: I saw the BIOS is in Chinese, how can I switch it to English? A: The BIOS is in fact in English, the few Chinese words that you have seen when turn on the laptop means: Press Tab to recover, Press Del to Setup.
